What to do if a tile is discontinued

  1. Bring a piece of your tile, this can be a whole tile or broken sample.

  2. Please measure the length & width of your tile to the nearest millimetre. Our system separates tiles by precise sizes, if you round off the size or guess this part, our staff will not be able to find your tile.

  3. Please know the minimum number of tiles you need to solve your problem. We do not have unlimited stock of every tile we carry, therefore some of our stock may not be suitable for your needs. Our staff needs to know a minimum number of tiles to provide you with the best possible match options.

  4. Bring your information to our store or arrange for tile match to come to you. Our staff will assist you with the rest of the process. In store orders will always be the most efficient process for solving your tile repair problems.
